The October monthly general meeting will be at Bayland Park Community Center from 10AM to Noon on Saturday, October 27.  Our special invited speaker will be Houston City Council Member Sue Lovell.  Councilwoman Lovell will fill us in on the behind the scenes action at City Hall.  This will be a great opportunity to meet Councilwoman Lovell, hear her views and provide your feedback.

 

Also on the meeting agenda is the final vote regarding the bylaws ammendment to change the election date for SDC officers and board members.  Come early at 9:30AM to visit with club members, share the latest political gossip and enjoy our usual snacks.
